The Ultimate Mario Kart Party Racer
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe is the definitive edition of Mario Kart 8, packed with tracks, characters and karts. Race on anti-gravity sections, glide through the air and dive underwater, all while firing shells and dropping bananas to get ahead.
Beyond Grand Prix and time trials, the reworked Battle mode includes several game types such as Balloon Battle and Renegade Roundup across dedicated arenas. Smart Steering and Auto-Accelerate help newer players stay on the track, so the whole family can join in. More courses can be added with the optional Booster Course Pass DLC.
Up to four players can race split-screen on one Nintendo Switch, up to eight can link consoles over local wireless, and up to 12 can race online. Share Joy-Con to start a two-player race straight out of the box.
