The Thule Subterra 2 21L Backpack is made from bluesign-approved 800D nylon/polyester with a water-resistant, PFC-free finish and durable YKK zippers throughout, so it holds up to daily commuting and travel days alike. At 21 liters and 1.87 lb, it's roomy enough for a full day's gear while staying light on your shoulders, and a padded, ventilated air mesh back panel with a sternum strap keeps the load stable and comfortable over long walks.
Inside, a padded sleeve fits laptops up to 16 inches (9.9" x 14.8" x 0.8" compartment) and a separate padded sleeve holds tablets up to 10.9 inches, keeping electronics cushioned and protected. An interior organization panel keeps cords and small accessories sorted, a dedicated pocket stores a power brick, and a soft-lined pocket protects fragile items like sunglasses or a camera.
A back-panel security pocket keeps valuables out of reach in crowded spaces, while two large side pockets hold water bottles within easy reach.
