Jump Into a Living Encyclopaedia Full of Surprises
Yoshi and the Mysterious Book begins when Bowser Jr. comes across Mr. E, a talking encyclopaedia that lands on Yoshi's island. The Yoshis are invited inside its pages to discover and study the dozens of creatures living there, big and small.
It's a side-scrolling platformer built around discovery. Jump on creatures, taste them, carry them, ground-pound and throw eggs to learn what each one does, then put their traits to use: some grow crops, others blow bubbles you can float on or sing when you bounce on them. Tokens scattered around offer hints on where to go next.
A single-player adventure exclusive to Nintendo Switch 2, playable on TV, tabletop or handheld, with amiibo support for daily bonus tokens.
