The V12 Detect Slim Absolute strips weight without cutting the tech that makes Dyson's Detect line smart. A Hyperdymium™ motor spins up to 125,000rpm to drive 150 Air Watts of suction through 11 root cyclones, while a built-in piezo sensor sizes and counts dust particles as they pass through the inlet, adjusting suction automatically to how dirty each patch of floor actually is.
The Fluffy Optic™ head angles a precise light across hard floors to reveal dust that's otherwise invisible, and the Motorbar™ head drives into carpet fibers for a deeper pull on ground-in dirt. An LCD display reports run time, power mode, and maintenance alerts in real time, and a hygienic "point and shoot" mechanism ejects the bin's contents without you touching any of it.
Whole-machine HEPA filtration seals in fine dust rather than recirculating it, and the click-in battery delivers up to 60 minutes of run time on a 3.5-hour charge. At just 2.2kg, it's built to switch hands mid-clean without fatigue.
