Two Lenses, 9x Zoom and Full 360° Coverage in 4K
The Xiaomi Smart Camera C701 Pro uses two cameras in one: an 8MP ultra-wide lens with a 127° view to see the whole room, and a 5MP telephoto lens that zooms in up to 9x (hybrid) so you can make out faces and details from across the space. Both lenses have a bright f/1.6 aperture, and video is recorded in 4K Ultra HD.
The camera pans a full 360° and tilts 180°, with a motor up to 30% faster than the previous model, and it can sit on a table or mount on a wall or ceiling. At night, ten 940nm infrared LEDs light the scene with no visible red glow, while ultra-low-light colour technology keeps footage in colour in dim conditions.
On-device AI detects people, pets, motion, abnormal sounds like breaking glass, and a crying baby, and you can draw virtual fences to get alerts when someone enters or leaves an area. Talk through the noise-cancelling microphone and speaker, close the physical privacy cover remotely from the Xiaomi Home app, and store footage on a microSD card, a NAS or cloud. Works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.
